Extreme Pet Care Instructions
This is a new ad for pet sitting services platform Rover.com that is intended “to show the loving bond between pet and parent in all its authentic, relatable weirdness”.
As someone who doesn’t have a pet, I can’t comment on either the authenticity or the relatability, but some of the pet preferences/ tastes on display sure struck me as being both weird and specific. Furthermore, I wonder as to how those preferences/ tastes came about and what role the “parent” might have had in encouraging them.
